Well looked after machine which was bought from new in 2016. Water supply had demagnetiser installed to reduce limescale.

Water quality tested consistently periodically by the coffee roasters. Group heads cleaned every day after end of business with cleaning detergent, thus machine is in top condition. Works like a dream and never had any problems with it.
