Commercial espresso machines 3 group Synesso Cyncra 1st Generation from 2010. This espresso machine was recently refurbished and customised. Rented out for 6 months and is now being used in our roastery for quality control only.

Finished in Matt black powder coated paint, bespoke handmade zebrano wood, Handles, actuators and feet. Shot clocks fitted from Alcorn cafe Engineering Australia. These shot clocks allow for automatic brewing aswell as manual control and other functions like auto flush and cleaning cycle. It does not work by volumetrics but it stops brewing on the desired programed time. This machine is capable of line pressure pre infusion but is limited to brewing one shot at a time due to it only having 1 pump.

9 bar pressure brewing is available on all heads at the same time if needed. The portafilters are all nearly new stainless steel La marzocco with IMS baskets and brew heads fitted with IMS shower screens.
