The E61 Group Head has been included for superior brewing quality & the lever operation gives you the ultimate control over the espresso. The Cellini Evo has an inbuilt 2.9L water tank & wastage tray making it fully self-contained, however, with an inbuilt rotary pump, this machine can also be connected to mains water.
