The GTA system allows you to set the precise temperature of each boiler/group head independently. This allows you to set the ideal extraction temperature for a given coffee roast on separate group heads. The system also lets you program a wide range of espresso extraction times, letting you customize for short and long drinks. The new Thermodrive combines Cimbali's traditional thermal system with the flexibility of an innovative temperature calibration system, guaranteeing the best quality in the cup. This makes it possible to not only change the temperature of the individual groups, but also to change the infusion temperature. This refurbished machine has had the steam boiler, coffee boilers & head caps removed, then descaled and rebuilt with all original service and preventative maintenance parts - according to the manufactures 12-month service schedule.
