When the Black Eagle was launched, it completely changed the way Baristas worked with coffee machines. All of a sudden, full control of everything became very easy to work with. Make no mistake though, this is a very serious machine and was the World Barista Championship machine for 2015 - 2017. Competitions now aside, in the real world this machine performs with aplomb. The technology is incredible, easy to use, the steamer produces beautiful silky milk and it looks awesome on the bench whilst doing so.
